If you are looking to install the calculators on a template site (charging customers a monthly fee to have their own copy of your template), then technically speaking you are reselling the calculators as content, and therefore would require that a royalty fee be paid to us. Here is our typical royalty fee schedule, which includes the installation of any number of calculators (our other template-site clients typically offer more calculators for expanded, more expensive versions of their base template site), and whatever assistance you would like from us to help you get the calculators installed:

For example, if you had 50 customers each paying $24.95 per month for their template site, your monthly calculator royalty fee would be $50.00 -- for any number of calculators (we have well over 100 different calculators/versions available).
Please keep in mind that since our calculators are html/javascript, they can be loaded into a database -- adding your own css style tags as you load them -- which makes adding and changing template design options a snap. Of course, once in the database you can also index each calculator to display only with specific user levels, etc.
Finally, if the royalty fee is not feasible due to narrow profit margins on your current monthly template fees, you might also consider adding them as an optional add-on -- for which you could mark them up from the royalty fee to make sure you are profiting from them. In this case, the royalty fees would only be required for those agents who are paying the additional fee for the calculator suite(s).
